How do I go about my wirelles network after installing windows 7?

Last night I installed Windows 7 on my pc. I have a wireless network using dlink-N router and dlink usb network adapter. What do I have to do to use the same network I had? Do I have to reinstall everything or only my usb network adapter? Or something else...? Thank you.How do I go about my wirelles network after installing windows 7?
You need to install the Windows 7 version of the driver for the USB D link N network adapter.


Should be available from the D-link web site.
