I have connected my ethernet cable and I now need help in connecting the computer to an existing network. The internet is also on the network. How to connect an xp computer to a network and setup the internet on it?
Do you connect through a router?
If yes, check in Network Connections if it is connected, see the IP...
In order to deal with these issues just hit help and type in ';Connect to network';
If you would like to see the other computers over the network, use the same Workgorup names all over and share some folders on each machine.
